Clear, traceable corrections

Errors of fact, figures, names, or translation are corrected promptly. Where a correction changes the meaning of an article, the amended point, reason, and date will be recorded at the end of the page.

Minor changes for style or clarity may be made without a correction note when they do not alter the substance.
