- Coverage
- 60°/90° horizontal, FIR-variable vertical

Product Overview
LVH-900 is a large-format three-way horn-loaded installation loudspeaker in Community's L Series for stadiums, arenas, theatres and houses of worship. Each enclosure contains four 12in LF drivers, three 2in-exit M200 MF compression drivers and four HF compression drivers, integrated into a unified waveguide occupying the full face of the cabinet.
The LVH-906 provides 60° horizontal coverage and the LVH-909 90°. Vertical coverage is formed through FIR processing in Community ALC amplifiers and designed for the venue through the VenuePolar plugin. In 2026 Biamp updated the LVH-906/909 and VenuePolar workflow with custom asymmetric vertical patterns and fixed 6ms processing latency across configurations.

Design & Technology
Four horn-loaded 12in LF drivers
Four 12in LF drivers are arranged around the enclosure and coupled to a large horn occupying its full face. The unified waveguide combines LF, MF and HF radiation within one aperture to extend directivity control toward lower frequencies from a single enclosure.
MF/HF array through the Colinear Manifold

Three M200 MF drivers and four HF drivers are arranged vertically through the Colinear Manifold. Separate amplifier channels and FIR processing drive the sections and combine them as one vertical wavefront across the waveguide aperture.
Per-section amplitude and phase processing
FIR filters in the ALC amplifiers apply separate amplitude and phase processing to the LF, MF and HF sections to form the vertical radiation pattern. The main lobe can be aimed toward the audience and shaped around reflective surfaces without changing the enclosure's physical mounting angle.
VenuePolar generates patterns from venue geometry
VenuePolar is an EASE Focus 3 plugin that uses audience area, enclosure configuration and mounting geometry to generate FIR filters for the LVH-900. The 2026 version supports custom asymmetric vertical patterns and fixes processing latency at 6ms regardless of configuration.
60° LVH-906 and 90° LVH-909
The LVH-906 and LVH-909 use different internal horn angles to provide 60° and 90° horizontal coverage. While vertical coverage is configured through FIR processing, the horizontal pattern is selected between two enclosure versions for the application and spacing.
ALC amplification and indoor/outdoor models
LVH-900 operates with Community ALC amplifiers, whose loudspeaker presets contain crossover, limiter and FIR beamforming processing. Indoor models are joined by weather-resistant outdoor versions using PolyGlas enclosures and dedicated rigging hardware.
