RCF has added EVOX V15 to its EVOX column loudspeaker range. The new model is a three-way professional column system intended for corporate events, hospitality, live performance, mobile productions and installation work. It is offered in black and white and follows the EVOX J9, EVOX J11 and EVOX JMIX9 in the lineup.
The system uses dedicated transducers for each frequency band: a 1.75-inch neodymium compression driver on a 120-by-40-degree True Resistive Waveguide, ten 4-inch neodymium midrange transducers and a 15-inch RCF Precision low-frequency woofer. Power comes from a 3500-watt Class-D amplifier with built-in DSP, with stated output up to 133 dB SPL. The physical package combines a lightweight composite column with a tuned plywood subwoofer enclosure.
For applications requiring more low end, RCF ACE-enabled subwoofers, beginning with the SUB AX Series, include dedicated integration presets for EVOX V15. RCF’s Advanced Crossover Engine adjusts delay and phase to optimize system power and low-frequency impact. The system ships with a padded transport bag for the column array, while optional mobility accessories include a padded subwoofer cover with access openings, a protective transport sleeve and a transport cart.
