The Ordway Center for the Performing Arts in St. Paul, Minnesota has installed a new Meyer Sound main audio system in its 1,900-seat Music Theater. Supplied by TC Furlong Inc., the system combines LEOPARD line arrays, 2100-LFC elements, 700-HP subwoofers, multiple fill loudspeakers, and Galileo GALAXY 816 processing.
Eastern Stage Productions deployed the City Hall sound system for the New York Knicks NBA championship celebration, supporting speeches and a performance by Alicia Keys. LEC Studios in Doral, Florida has installed a Solid State Logic ORIGIN console in a new creative complex designed, acoustically treated, and integrated by Malvicino Design Group. The 32-channel analog console sits in custom furniture and anchors a recording studio equipped with a 9.1.4 loudspeaker system for Dolby Atmos monitoring.
