Coda Audio’s APSi-Pro is a progressive line-source platform designed specifically for fixed installation use. It takes its cues from the company’s APS-Pro Series touring system, but the installation version removes unneeded touring hardware and is presented as a lighter, cleaner package. The range can be specified with weather-protection options from outdoor finishes to full marine-grade treatment, as well as custom colors for architectural requirements.
Systems are assembled from APSi-Pro-D and APSi-Pro-S blocks. The two block types provide predictable 10-degree and 30-degree vertical elements, allowing installers to choose the pieces that match the coverage target and build a coherent curved line-source array. APSi-Pro can also be used in horizontal arrays, while magnetic Instafit APS-Couplers set coverage at 60, 90 or 120 degrees, with asymmetrical options of 75, 90, 100 and 105 degrees depending on the coupler configuration.
The cabinets use dual 10-inch low-frequency drivers mounted on an aluminum baffle with Coda’s Dynamic Airflow Cooling, or DAC. Each cabinet is rated at 1400W AES, reaches a peak SPL of 144 dB A-weighted, and extends to 50 Hz at -6 dB. For permanent venues, the practical value is in combining array-block coverage planning, adjustable directivity, weather treatment and finish choices within one installation-oriented speaker platform.
