DiGiCo Quantum consoles are being used on Laufey’s A Matter of Time world tour. The tour, supporting the album of the same name, began in 2025 and is scheduled to conclude in August 2026 with dates around the world.

Matt Grabe is mixing front of house on a Quantum338, while monitor engineer Sebastian Mut began the tour on a Quantum338 and expanded to a Quantum5 for later dates. Sound Image supplies all consoles, and the workflow includes MSE, Spice Rack, Snapshot and automation functions, with Mut also using a Fourier Audio transform.engine for plugins when required.

Depending on the show, the team either travels with its control package, desks, I/O, microphones, and instrument DIs or works from a duplicated system in a new region. The package can approach four SD-Racks, an SD-MiNi Rack, and more than 50 channels of RF, supporting a set that includes a string quartet, a jazz trio on the B-Stage, and a moving Steinway grand piano, while solo dates can be converted to locally provided SD or Quantum desks.
