IUF has acquired the business and assets of Project Audio Visual, a UK AV integrator. The deal was completed through a pre-pack administration, and PAV will be folded into IUF’s workplace technology business serving corporate and built-environment projects.
According to IUF, the acquisition expands its workplace AV and managed services capabilities while maintaining continuity for customers and partners during the transition. The company said PAV was selected for its established position in the UK AV market and its experience delivering technology projects for corporate workplaces and the built environment.
PAV will operate within IUF Workplaces and draw on IUF’s international delivery, technical support and managed services capabilities. For existing clients, the practical change is that PAV’s relationships and project expertise move into a broader digital, international and service-support structure under IUF.
