Dynaudio has provided more detail on the planned closure of its US subsidiary from autumn 2026. Warranties on products bought through authorised channels will remain valid, with the repair route and final transition timing to be announced once continuity of service can be secured.
The company notes that tariffs are paid by the US importer rather than the Danish manufacturer and then absorbed through pricing or distribution margins. It presents the withdrawal as a broader strategic choice to concentrate on Europe, Asia, new premium channels and products such as the Symphony range.
Dealers have been offered final orders, and remaining stock may be returned to other regions. Dynaudio does not rule out a future distributor or direct-to-retailer model if representation and service standards can be maintained. Owners now need concrete information on repair turnaround and parts availability beyond the warranty promise.
