The 2026 Hong Kong High-End AV Show took place from August 7 to 9 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre in Wan Chai. Organised by Hong Kong audio magazine AudioTechnique, it brings international hi-fi brands and regional distributors together at one of Asia's largest dedicated audio events.

The show covered more than 126,000 square feet across three floors, using the S2 and S4 meeting-room groups, the Level 4 Chancellor Room, and Hall 3. The latter accounted for about 90,000 square feet and contained 26 acoustically isolated listening rooms alongside 20 themed exhibition zones.

The product range stretched from large two-channel systems to compact audio, headphones, Bluetooth hardware, cables, and accessories. A separate music-software area covered new and used vinyl, compact discs, glass CDs, and open-reel tape.

The number of enclosed listening rooms is central to the format. Large loudspeakers and complete amplifier systems that are difficult to judge on an open trade-show floor can be heard as room-scale installations. Visitors can compare systems across brands without reducing the event to rows of static product displays.

AudioTechnique lists more than 130 exhibitors and recorded over 31,000 visits in 2025. Beyond European and American high-end brands, the show provides a concentrated view of products and distribution activity across China, Taiwan, Japan, and the wider Asian market.
