KIT Plugins announced BB Chamber D in collaboration with Blackbird Studio. The product emulates the Studio D reverb chamber in Nashville and is aimed at engineers and producers who want that acoustic environment available inside a DAW.
BB Chamber D was built with KIT Plugins’ proprietary ADPT:AI technology, a modeling engine developed for reverb and room emulation. The plug-in provides adjustable room dimensions, microphone and damping choices, flexible source placement, and controls including saturation, EQ, compression, and filtering.
The practical point is access to a modeled version of a specific studio chamber without requiring physical use of that room. BB Chamber D is offered at an introductory price of $85, allowing production rooms without an external chamber to add a Blackbird Studio D-based space to their in-the-box workflow.
