Sound Particles has updated its tempo-synchronised spatial plug-in to Beat Panner 1.1. The original tool moves sources through beat-based patterns; the new release adds a route for carrying those patterns into an object-based production workflow.

Position data generated by the plug-in can be copied and pasted as automation onto an Object Track in the DAW. The motion can then remain metadata for the final renderer rather than being committed as conventional channel panning inside the effect.

A panned bed and a moving audio object offer different options downstream. Version 1.1 keeps the composition-oriented rhythmic interface but converts its result into reusable automation for formats such as Dolby Atmos, closing a practical gap between an effect and deliverable session data.
