Father's House Church in Gqeberha, South Africa, has installed a distributed Plus Audio loudspeaker system designed by Stage Audio Works. The wide seating plan, low ceiling, and polished concrete floor required a system that could support both high-energy music and spoken-word intelligibility throughout the room.
Instead of throwing sound over the full distance from a large front array, Stage Audio Works divided the room into local point-source zones. Moving the cabinets closer to listeners is intended to concentrate direct energy on the seats and reduce excitation of the hard floor and low ceiling.
CPH212 and CPH210 cabinets provide the main and delay coverage, with CPU105 front fills serving the nearest rows. ET218B subwoofers extend the low-frequency system. The combination covers the room with several shorter throws rather than one long projection path.
Dante-enabled AC415 and AC420 amplifiers drive the system with onboard DSP and FIR processing. Network transport and zone processing therefore sit within the amplification platform, making the distributed cabinets and their tuning part of one playback architecture.
AVNetwork does not publish a layout drawing, cabinet quantities, or before-and-after measurements of reverberation and intelligibility. The report should be read as a specific design case rather than an independent performance test: its central change is bringing reproduction points closer to the congregation in a reflective, low-ceilinged room.
