Marantz has announced CINEMA Series 2. CINEMA 50, 60, 60 DAB, and 70s adopt a new 32-bit eight-channel DAC, while paid Dirac Live support extends to the 60 models and 70s. Web Control 2.0, HDMI Diagnostics 2.0, and future low-latency Bluetooth LE Audio are also included.

Extron has introduced the single-gang BT 100 AT D Bluetooth Dante interface. It carries full-duplex smartphone call audio and stereo playback onto a Dante network, receives power by PoE, and exposes pairing, volume, and transport control locally, by RS-232, or over the network.

Ceva and Actions Technology have announced the ATS296X audio SoC family using Ceva's Bluetooth High Data Throughput platform. HDT is intended to lift peak throughput from roughly 2Mbps to 7.5Mbps, enabling lossless, low-latency, and multichannel links for wireless speakers and subwoofers.
